IMHO, Nikto Test-ID 001242 is an invalid HTTP request.

 My Log:
 "127.0.0.1 - - [03/Jul/2012:16:41:47 +0900] "GET dba4.nsf HTTP/1.1" 400 226"

 I think it must be "GET /dba4.nsf HTTP/1.1".
 May I commit a patch?

Sorry, I was out of town for a few days, but yeah that looks like just a
mistake. I don't see any quick hits on google suggesting it should not have
a leading slash. Thanks for submitting the update!

The Metasploit XML RPC is no longer developed on. A MSGRPC using
MSGPACK has been implemented to replace it.
